Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging or incorrect chocolate assortment within 48 hours of delivery.

Internal Review
Our master chocolatiers will review the report to determine if the integrity of the product was compromised during transit.
Resolution
Approved claims will receive an immediate complimentary replacement shipment or a full refund to the original payment method.
